I would like to once again thank Phil and the other members on the site for welcoming me to the Moderators group.
My 5 year plan looks at building the reputation of the site, as for the structure, it's there and it will take some time to be seen. We've got some new members as of late and I'll be looking to blood them. My structures will be hopefully well adopted by the lads and we'll see improvement in the site.
As for moderation, it won't be primary aim. I will do some clean up if the code of conduct is breached but my main aim is to help generate content and promote blogs. Phil and I have been working on a blog of the day. I'll go through some of the top trending blogs, I will choose one and put that on the front page. I'm also adding a new blog category called "Analysis". This is for the blogs that are meant to provide match, team or player analysis. I will be watching these heavily and making sure that these aren't hijacked so that we can have good, intelligent discussions without unnecessary disruptions.
Thanks again, Elliott

Good stuff with the Analysis category. It's something I thought about the other day and mentioned in another blog, after I read a post from YDIDISAYIDO. I reckon it would be great if members like him could be encouraged to share gameplay analysis on the site, and you could keep the noise in such blogs to a minimum.
LOL
What's so funny, you? :)
Seriously, I think it would be a good idea!
You're the one who gave me the idea. And I think Snake's comment means he will be completely committed to supplying some good analysis in those blogs. Isn't that correct Snake?
Oh ok, well great then :)
Yeah, I'm sure Snake would have a thing or two to add ;)
Motivating the members to contribute could be challenging, although keeping the punch-ups out of that area would help.
Yes Deputy, im totally commited to anything you n Hapless eel put your names behind, count me in, im in 110% boys, its a great idea :)
