Josh Reynolds @ 9 another kicking option

Jarryd Hayne @ 6 or 3 or 4 - another kicker and he can kick goals given practice and seriousness

Not as critically important but.........

Kyle Feldt who can kick goals (doubt Cowboys would release him for rest of this season)

or

David Nofoaluma

  • Haha go the metho.
  • I would definitely take Reynolds at hooker, he would be all our problems solved in that area. A substantial investment should be made for this to happen. I'm not sure if he is keen on the idea but it would be worth looking into.

All the others you've listed I'm not too fussed on. We would have to pay overs to lure Feldt away from the Cowboys.

If we could get Reynolds for hooker the only other piece of the puzzle in my view is halfback. Aiden Sezer or James Maloney would be perfect - goal kicking half. I'm happy with everyone else in our side.

  • IMO we should throw a cut price offer for hayne. it is very obvious he wants to return to parramatta however hes not the same player he use to be 8 years ago. If i was BA i would throw money at hayne and force him to play on the wing as a replacement for Semi, leaving bevan back at fullback. He could definetely teach bevan a few things about fullback and nurture him to be even better. Hayne also has the body to play wing like semi does and i think if we got hayne back to full fitness playing a more basic role it could work wonders for us.

Although in saying that we are talking about the most arrogant athlete to ever strap on rugby league boots, for now my vision a 10000 to 1 shot to ever occur

  • As i said its a long shot of ever occuring and would never probably happen, but i do honestly think hayne's home now is at wing. He is not as talented as he was 8 years ago nor doesnt have the fitness to keep up with the modern game or  the  motivation to be stimulated for a 80 minute performance. Playing on the wing these factors wouldnt matter and he could be able to use his big body like semi does for strong kick returns and solid support play

    • haha Snake, best GIF eva.... love this scene, Carrey at his best

  • 1. Sandow was never "creative".
    2. Jeynolds is exactly the style of dummy half BA loves. His enthusiasm in the defensive line is what BA has had ever since he's arrived, the dummy half leads the line in defence.
  • Go easy Rod, chocs a top fella.

  • Jeynolds played dummy half whilst in reserves at the dogs from memory.
  • Hayne isnt a fullback anymore or a 5/8 centre it is...

Reynolds would be nullified at hooker and hasnt played in that position in years.. Could do a Wallace though so who knows!
