This is BS, they've been allowed to replace him with Hodkinson outside of the 21man squad where the rule is u have to choose someone from the 21

yes the Storm used the rule last night to replace Kenny Bromwich with someone from outside the 21.
I am pretty sure that the Eels received the same dispensation at some point last year
