You are right with your observation and based on the Souths game, he stood somewhere, usually on the left side of the play the ball, and I believe he was very much watching the defensive positions of the opposition, when he moved he did so in such a way that it was easy to change direction to take advantage of the oppositions line movements.
He showed good reading of the game and his speed helps a lot. Early days though. Worriers have some hard nosed players who will target him on Friday night especially with his hip area.
His focus is on making the semis - i like the fact he continued to mention that and he's now at Parra and forget the past.
