Further on Mitchell Moses and new deal with Parramatta. Terms have been agreed. Will be for 3 years, upwards of $2.4 million. Announcement likely this week.
The $$$ as always are complete speculation, but good on Moses and the club for wrapping this up quietly. Moses has definitely matured as a player and as a person.
This coupled with the next few weeks with Jake partnering Moses will be very telling as to how we see Brown respond. We now have Moses committing to the Eels long term when he definitely could have gone elsewhere for more money, and a young kid like Jake stepping up on the big stage who obviously bleeds Blue and Gold.
Either way, good to see more players who have to keep earning their spots week in, week out.
And great to see Moses stick around. He's showing some serious glimpses of the leader we all knew he could be.
Great news especially if he stayed for less than he could have got elsewhere. Shows his priorities are premiership and long term gain rather than short term gain.
"He will surpise you with his ball playing with other forwards. As I just said a quick short ball at the line while looking to play out the back. He did it very well a few times in NSW Cup last yer,"

The 3 years plus his PO I would say. Could be wrong though

He wouldn't look out of place but I think Luay will be No. 6. He and Cleary are a great combo who put on plays by just looking at each others eyes.
Brilliant re-signing but he will only play SOO if Cleary gets injured.
5/8 will be Luai.
Moses will be shadow half, but that is all Mick.....he won't be in the 18....Penrith will have the halves.
Papaherzon and Guth will fight out the 14, with Guth then the 18th.
We will get Paulo and maybe RCG, doubt if we get anyone else.
If Freddy gives Junior his usual 10 minutes, then Junior could back up on 24 hours notice.
I think it's pretty well accepted that he's next man up if Cleary gets injured or dropped
The only way Moses will get a look in is if Cleary gets injured.
5/8 will be Luai.
If Luai is injured it will be Wighton.
If both are injured it will be Cody Walker.
No show. Cleary and Luai are a shoe in. Proven combination!
Funny how things can change, Cleary does an ACL, NSW wins the Origin and its DCE and MM for Australian halfback.
