We are absolutely friendless in the media, at other clubs and other fans.
I haven't heard one expert or fan think we will do it.
You actually need to be a Parra fan to think we are a shot which I find amusing. Have all these so called experts and other teams supporters been watching any games? Have they watched our games vs the Panthers to see there's only struck match between the sides in recent history?
This Panthers squad is nowhere near as good as 2021 IMO - NO TPJ, NO BURTON, NO CAPEWELL OR NADEN.
I reckon we are in it up to our eyeballs. If we start fast, pressure Cleary we will have one hand on that trophy and with our momentum I'm backing us.
I think this is perfect. Just like how we were never a chance against the Cowboys, everyone questioned BA's tactics in terms of flying in last minute, yet look what happened.

I'm loving this, we are massive underdogs and it's warranted, this panthers side has easily been the best team this season even managing to beat teams with practically their reserve grade team. Also working against the eels is going to be the fact this is our first grand final for many years while the panthers are playing their 3rd in a row, that's massive on the mental side of things, we might not handle the pressure and get blown off the park, one thing in our favour though will be desire, we should want it more than them and if we can avoid losing the game in our heads before it is played we can do this.
There's nothing wrong with what he's written here. The guy is a dribbler at best, but this article is pretty straight forward. It's going to take a lot for us to beat Penrith. If you don't believe that, you may need to temper your expectations.
The following will stop Eels winning:
1) Unfair referees/ bunker decisions.
2) Referee not giving 50/50 calls and allowing Penriths dirty tactics to go unpunished.
3) Eels don't turn up prepared and ready to fight for 80 minutes or longer.
4) Unfair sin bin or repeat sets (6 against Eels).
Did you notice Panthers had 2 perhaps 3 fair tries scored out of 4 disallow on Saturday nignts.
