Moi Moi in Run-on side....No Diff !!!

I thought bringing Fui Fui into to the run-on side was meant to help with the early impact. Not so.

No doubt Fui is a great asset to our team (he's proven that on many occasions) so how is he best utilised ?

cant blame fui - blame the rest of them , fui has busted his guts for us every week

blame cayless , mateo , poore for a start , id drop all three and play 18 year olds who would put fight into the game

poore came off the bench mate, as ineffective as he was, i couldn't blame him for our start. And drop 3 of our forwards for 3 young capable blokes (which we don't have) only for them to be absolutely smashed and scared to ever play 1st grade again.

Fui was the only damn forward that rang straight and strong, and didnt go to the ground easy

Not looking to blame Fui...I agree he gives his all every week. Just wanted to comment that having him in the starting side did not seem to add anything extra......maybe better to use him from the bench as a surprise package.

  Tigers did a very good job of minimising fuis impact. And the rest of the team was horribly flat and uninspired. It looked as though they had all caught the virus that ruled mortimer out, but decided to play on .In regards to how Fui is best utilised I would say that sticking hard and fast to one stratedgy is a mistake. Ando needs to let the game dictate when is best to let the bulldozer loose. In some games this will be on the starting side and others it will be off the bench. Ando will need to make this decision based on the oppositions pack, and parras training performance. Ando will need to look to adjust his stratedgy to suit the game, not the other way around. Fuis try in last years grand final is a prime example.

I thought Fui played well, one of about 2 id say. No impact from Captain, Poore, Oake and Horo although he only got about 20 mins from memory..

I have noticed Fui is being used more and more right up the middle the big unit is best served just off the fringe of the Ruck!!!

But this aint Fuis fault as he is not the only forward in the side

Sure, things haven't clicked but you'd certainly have to say Mateo's off his game.
