Mitchell Moses to be released a day after the Parramatta game

Just confirmed on Fox Sports, Moses will be realeased immediately after the Easter Monday game for Round 8 - confirmed through his management.Mitchell Moses will be forced to play against the club he could be released to join next week, with the Wests Tigers to name the five-eighth in their 21-man squad for the clash against Parramatta.It comes as the Eels asked Moses' management to waive their rights to a 10-day cooling-off period amid concerns the Tigers could convince him to renege on his Eels contract, which was lodged to the NRL last Thursday.AdvertisementWhile Parramatta are desperate for Moses to join the club to help buck a four-game losing streak, his inclusion in the Tigers line-up could jeopardise the switch.     If the Tigers need him to be gone to forward pay the other two then realistically holding onto him for this game is a big risk . If they're admitting they can't win without him then they've pretty much kissed the season goodbye anyway .

    Saving face I guess incase he tears them to shreds and everyone says they're dumbos .

"Would love to see Barnett at the Eels.
He's the closest player defensively to Beau Scott in the current game (imo), and those players are so few are far between.
They are so valuable to the defensive line & structure.
Obviously would be preferable…"
