  I heard one of the other commentators and it wasn't Phil Gould say "I wonder if Mitchell Moses will be with the Tigers next week" However, I would say just tongue in cheek type stuff, I wouldn't read to much into it.

  The Tigs players even those leaving looked all really committed today.

  I think Ivan has probably convinced them to forget about next year and push for finals footy this season. Still plenty of games to go and a few top clubs have injuries to key players which increases their chances. I don't have even an inkling that Moses will join us this year.

    Why would any of them be looking to next year? Their futures are sorted now and they can go back to concentrating on footy. Just because they won't be there next year doesn't mean they don't want to win games.

  Seriously over Moses this Moses that, let him play week by week for the club with whom he is contracted. When it happens it happens. His signing with us be it from next week or next year will sort itself out in time. Our focus should be on the players currently wearing the blue n gold not orange and black.

  They really have no reason to allow him to leave now. It only would have made sense to free up some cash to front load Woods and Tedesco. With both of them gone, they have no need to front load anyone and now have plenty of cash to sign other players next year.
  
  They'd be crazy to let their starting 5/8 and main goal kicker go. They still need to compete this year.

    Unless there was a player swap of course. But that'd have to be a good enough player to justify it, not just a cusp first grader we don't really want.
