        • There is a story on NRL.com today where Mitch is quoted as saying that it should be finalised in the next few days.

          • Mellk, yep buddy. See video below. Moses says that here: straight from the horse's mouth. He also notes the players are "Buying into Arthur". Some positive signs.

            • Sounds very definite about where he will be for the next few years.

Would be great if we could hear the questions.

              • You never can in these pressers Col. It is annoying

  • Good news, refer Grunta's blog on "a settked spine"

  • Still unproven in finals football but with a lack of quality in the halfback ranks it was a priority signing.

I wonder where Jakob will fit into the equation as he is an organising half as well.

Assuming Dylan Brown will be released?

    • You have a lot to learn John Boyle......Jake still has a lot of development to do, just look at a player like Nick Hines at Melb, he still cannot latch down a permanent spot.....Jake Arthur will do most of his learning filling in for someone, Brown won't be going anywhere for a while yet.

Look at Reed Mahoney, this is his third full season and his potential is starting to shine through, it has been an exercise in patience, Arthur will be no different..... these are not chess pieces that you throw away after a few games, why do you think Arthur is so well liked by his players ......because they believe in him.

People like yourself come and go, but most of us hang around for the long haul. Still being unproven in finals football has as much application for the whole team, as it has for Moses. If Moses was playing for Storm or Roosters, do you think he would be still unproven? How do you think Reynolds will go for Broncs, he is proven in finals football! Townsend for Cowboys, he's won a premiership?
