mid season transfers

How many Parra players do you predict to ask for a release midway through the 2017 season? there's obviously going to be around about 12-13 FG capable players running around for Wenty all year...(even tho it's great the club has the best ever depth I've seen shaping up) I feel there will be a few restless & displeased Eels players wanting out.

The modern day footy player doesn't settle for reserve grade & with also a heap of 1 year contracted players,I think we'll witness a very high volume of player turnovers for start of the 2018 season.

    Think of how injuries gave plagued us over the past few years. BA is trying to alleviate that.

    Could we see for the first time a huge rotation game plan. WHat i mean is that the top 25 will be rotated week in week out to have a relatively fresh sqaud all yr round without any fatigue worries when we make the finals. maybe cut down on injuries blah blah blah. just a thought on a new approach to play 1st grade?

      I really like that idea since our forwards seem to be running out of petrol and plenty of injuries in the back end of the year. Not sure BA would do that but I like it

    Gower should seek another contract now, he didn't play much FG last season and will probably play even less next season. He should move on now while he can, Knights are looking for experienced forwards and maybe SL is an option, Wicks could end up in the same situation.

    Honestly it comes down to whether any other club wants them for first grade.... if another club does and there's an advantage in doing so i'm sure there will mid season trades...

    You asked about MID season transfers then went on about the players on one year contracts and 2018.

    Which is it?

    IF - that BIG IF - we do see any mid season transfers it will be Brad getting rid of dead wood - otherwise we won't see any from the Eels.
