Yeah, the story was that Tony Martin produced a behind the scenes mockumentary for Mick’s movie Boytown, out of his own pocket allegedly. Anyway, at the last minute Mick cut the moco from the special features leaving T-Mart out of pocket to the tune of something like 85k.
What I heard was that the moco was funnier than the movie !
Was the highlight of my day tuning into B105 back in the day on the way home from work at 4pm and hearing “And today ....”.
Tony Martin was the brains and the talent of that particular operation.
