  Slip - I don't know if you can access pictures from the newspapers from that era BUT

  I am pretty sure either SMH or DT did a series called "The Flying Squad"

   

  Some of the most awesome action pictures you could ever wish to see.

  Pictures of players making "flying" tackles - most in mid air and parrallel to the ground - BRILLIANT

  Lynchy was in them.

    Bewdy - can't wait to tour your site (again) in the near future

     

    I really hope you can find at least one of Lynch with his flying tackle.

      I have created a section on player profiles outside 1976-1986. For now just the high profile players ie Dean Pay, Ron Lynch, Nathan Cayless.
