  • Sharp is a genius - BA, Foran and Jennings!!
    • Yep, Sharp is the ONLY reason BA was hired, he put his head on the block with it.

That in turn led to the signing of Choc to help get Foz over the line, now Jennings wants in, add Scott to the list.

      A new Stadium underway

2 new full size training grounds and facilities

Clubs turning a profit instead of selling assets to make it look like they are

Membership numbers are at all time highs

We are attracting the best talent we have in years

The teams looking much better, we are back as being a serious threat every week on the park imo

      We are clearly moving forward

Theres been blunders along the way and will continue to be, signings bungles, some bullshit, jobs for the boys etc some things could have been handled a lot better, ive been very disappointed in Steve more than once, but at the end of the day theres plenty to be impressed with imo, theres been 10 times more improvement and action under steve than what there has been for decades.

Could you imagine a Mark Riddel or Fitzy puppeted ticket running the place atm, it would still be a shit fight.

And not to mention Steve had to deal with Hayne leaving and was handed a steaming pile of shit.

Well done to the bloke regardless of the fuck ups, hes managed to fix the signings bungles and hired Schubert to sort our cap, i think we have the best side now ive seen in years, things are looking up.

    • Well said Snake
    • So so true snake hope tank is full here too
  • lol

  • There has been stuff ups I agree. However, it is obvious we are on the right track now and securing players who add significantly to the squad and at the right price. You have to be seriously excited about what is happening at the eels right now. We have secured the NZ captain, the guy sterlo calls the best young player in the game, the SOO centre and hit man Beau Scott.

    BOOM !!!!
    • BA deserves his job for another couple of years solely because of the recruits he has brought to the eels.
More talent in the past six months than for the past couple of decades.
    • The talent part is true but BA needs to win games now and no one would know this more than him. Anything less than top 8 is failure. Isn't it refreshing to say that as an eels supporter??!!??
  • spot on.

It wouldn't surprise me if at some point during the season, they see an opportunity to screw us over…"
