This ones for you @Tad we indeed need someone of this ilk.This guys name is Gilbert Enoka the ex All Black mental skills guy they had for 2 decades.

We as a team and club need to turnover every stone so I'm following Tads train of thought on it and without a doubt at this level of sport it's definitely needed.

Maybe a specialst Tactician and definetly a Sports Physcologist.
