  My understanding is that those members that are interstate or regional would have gotten theirs before Christmas. But all season ticket holders and members in Sydney should get theirs towards the end of month or early February.

    If that's correct then it's a bit rich! So the loyal season ticket holders who renew each year get treated differently to regional member?

  We renewed in mid November, we were told we would get our tickets and packs late January.

  It's mostly due to the fact that regional and interstate memberships take less time to process than season ticket-holders & often contain fewer overall items in the membership itself, depending on the type the person has chosen. 

  That's been the process by most clubs for some years now.
