I remember I had trouble my first year. I got tickets but they didn't work so for half the season we had to explain that to a different person each home game.
As posted it's probably the extra demand. Don't worry they will make sure you get in but I know it's an inconvenience. Just give them time.

I signed my daughter up as a non-ticketed member a week or so ago and her card arrived a few days later. I guess that's probably a different process to the ticketed memberships.
Well I'm going to call them tomorrow to organise something. I won't have time to go home to check the mail as I have to work and going straight to the game after work.
I wonder if the address they have for you is wrong. Doesn't make any sense that you wouldn't have it by now. You'd reckon they could tell you whether they've sent something out to you or not. Very bad PR!

This delay on some members ticketing is due to the fact that about a month ago the got rid of the Ticketing Manager so please be understanding with the guys there as they are working very hard and long hours to get everything done!!
i am guessing if you have not recieved your Ticketing or Membership packs get to the ground a little bit earlier than normal and speak to the staff there.....just leave yourself plenty of time to do this as it will be a very busy night!!!
So I spoke with them and they mentioned for anyone that hasn't got there cards yet to goto Gate F from 5:10pm onwards to pick up a temp card for the time being...
