For all 2016 Members you should now have in your inbox an e-mail linking you to a fan survey. If you want to have a real say on how the club structures memberships, merchandising and game day jump on and complete it. It takes around 15-20 minutes and is quite in-depth. I've constantly seen valid issues surrounding memberships on this site and this is a way for the club to gather as much information from members as possible so complete the survey, vent on whatever issues you've had so the club can be aware of what grinds your gears.

Everyone tell us your strangest Eels ritual. There is a bloke on reddit who has a plastic cockatoo call cockatoui Moi Moi who gets flipped upside down when we lose.

Thanks Sir Super, already done it. Glad the club have asked us to. They also ask about websites and 1eyed and TCT mentioned which is good.
Its good stuff from the club, getting to know fans better, it leads me to believe that they realise they must know the fans better if they are to build a club thats supporter inclusive.
At the end of the day supporters are the club.
