This is a great article that really captures why I loathe the Storm. That they're the victims and deserve respect. They had an era of success based on a foundation of out and out cheating and steadfastly refuse to make any acknowledgment. By holding on to their rings they're saying 'feck you' to the rest of us. Not only the rings, they still have one of the "stripped" premiership trophies sitting in their cabinet. The NRL only retrieved one from them

This is more than just 'make em give back the rings' which won't happen and I don't expect it too. This is about the culture and character of a club who don't give a shit (the ring thing is just symbolic). It's relevant and continues to be relevant for as long as they continue to play the game in a way that is not in the spirit of things. They have harmed the game IMO.
