Melbourne could self destruct

YES, Melbourne were impressive against Manly and Broncos. However, both those sides were way down on what they could do. Bronco's were always going to struggle, no Wallace , no direction. Some key points re Melbourne :1. Motivated by the revenge for last years loss. It can work both ways. It can create anxiety of failure if they dont start well and they find themselves chasing points early again. They will start a million miles an hour but we just need to hold them early and get into the arm wrestle. The longer the arm wrestle the greater the anxiety of losing 2 previous grand finals when they were expected to win, similar to thsi one.2. Teams need a hard preparation of constantly lifting the bar. They need to keep finding something and to keep moving forward, particualrly in defence. WE have raised the bar each and every game, our defence is the best in the league by far. The broncos allowed SMITH to dictate terms and SLATER was given too much easy ball.3. Their wingers are their weak link. WE can get them with a good kicking game. Sides that have beaten Melbourne have done one of two things. Ran SLATER ragged with kicks, or kicked it dead, sideline and made him attack from set plays where defence is set.I have been to every Grand Final Parramatta has played. I have seen the greats and I have sat shattered after 1984, 2001. This team has a certain resolve about them.NEVER BEEN SO CONIFIDENT of victory.

    WE HAVE HAD REAL HARD MATCHES FOR 3 MONTHS , STORM HAD VERY EASY RUN , EELS PUMPED UP BY RECORD CROWD , STORM DIDNT HAVE AS MANY , HINDY ,CAYLESS AND BURTS CHANCE OF REDEMPTION , REVENGING LAST YEARS LOSS TO STORM . AND PLAYING FOR AUSTRALIAN JERSEYS AND CONTRACTS.


    HOW WILL EELS WIN


    FURIOUS PACE , SKILL AND 3RD PLAY OFFLOADS, GETTING UP INTO THE STORMS FAces all game , stop slater by kicking to the wings all game,dominate the ruck , hold the ball and 80 mins of the greatest defence ever. Keep the storm guessing all game by running the ball and a veriety of kicks to wear them down mentally and physically
