so i decided to contact the sydney morning hearld yesterday because im a beloved eels fan since 1979 with a couple links that i want answers on then wake up to sportingnews saying property developers where involved to so i asked a question added a link about the cowboys players getting cheap houses they removed the comment and the link that fast it wasnt even funny i believe the media is just going after the eels dont care about other clubs rorting the system time not just as a eels supporter but nrl follower to follow up and take a stand with the media and nrl

    Eddie Obeid Junior sold a unit to an Eels player that was supposedly undervalued ad it was deemed OK. Sounds the same as what the Cowboys did.

    Well done!!! I've written to both Buzz & Kent. Buzz didn't return my message but Kent went off. Carried on about my name, said that I should be complaining to Matty Johns because he had no time to put up with dickheads. Lol all I said was.. Get your facts straight, try doing that for a change. With you it's a case, don't let the truth get in the way of a good story.

    Knowing and proving are two very different things.

    Moreover, in todays world accusing without solid proof leads one open to the possibility of being sued (or worse) and im sure even those with guilty minds would not hesitate to sue to clear their names.

    Rock and a hard place for parra fans my friend.

    Isn't that what the 5 directors are trying to do? Clear there names? They must think the NRL have got something wrong. Why else would you drag this on for.

      Mate go down to your local court and watch a hearing. 99% of the defendants are guilty but they still refused to plead. Such is life.

    What I've decided to do is a petition not only for eels fans but for all nrl fans as soon as I get it done up and find out the right sporting body that controls all sports and rules in Australia then I'll post the link but in the mean time these are the ones I want answers to
