AFTER a four year stint in the English Super League with Catalans Dragons, utility Casey McGuire is returning to where his career first began to the club he debuted for in 1998.
Instead, the 30-year-old is back in the NRL to stamp his authority and leave his mark.
“I really want to be a big contributor to the team, I don’t want to be in and out,” he told Sportsnewsfirst.com.au.
“So no, (there are) no plans to retire yet.
“Hopefully I play well and get another offer... I’ll just take it year by year.”

Although Casey is a different player to Kevin Kingston I think he'll play with the passion and desire that KK had when he was with us, as if he was playing for his future in the NRL. You could say the same thing about Carl Webb and hopefully Maitua too. We could have some rough diamonds that are going to shine next year!!
Casey is a classy player - I am quite excited about him playing for us. He was very highly thought of at the Bronocos and I really think he is a starter in this team. Strong defender, very good support player and a ' football brain ' with some vision around the rucks.
Going well at traiing too which is what you want to see when someone returns on a 1 year deal
By plane I suspect!
Hahahahaahaa
FUNNY !!!!!
Mr Murray - has been MIA for 2 weeks my source tells me and not the greatest attitude either. Expect the 2009 pairing of Mortimer/Robson to start 2011.
