Mau to miss a week.

Manu mau has charged with a shoulder charge and will miss a week even with a guilty plea.Ma'u will miss one match if he enters an early guilty plea, but would risk a two-match ban if he fights the charge at the NRL judiciary and loses.

    Yep I thought he'd get a week. That was blatant and dumb. So unnecessary. Ah well.

    That was pretty weak . I've seen more than that get off with a penalty . No wonder the games losing fans when stars are being suspended for such minor infringements. I can 100% see that as a penalty fair enough , but a week on the sidelines ?

      Agree Wiz. As I saw it, Manu pulled his arms up to his chest to protect himself. There was no malice in that hit whatsoever. Pity, we'll need him next week. At least he will be raring to go the following week - wouldn't want to be his cat!

    Can someone explain how different the incident that Mau was charged with was compared to Blair and Maguire against us

    Apart from the obvious fact that they play for the Broncos, and we can't upset Uncle Wayne

      My point exaclty . Have also seen worse than Blairs and Maguires let go with a penalty this year .

    I actually thought he did a 2nd shoulder charge as well so he was lucky to only get a week

"Yea he is mainly a 5/8, If Lorenzo for some reason fails, Risati is the next option. He is a bigger body than Lorenzo with a great running and passing game. He turns 18 next year so will be in SG Ball alongside Fletcher.
