Im hearing from a voice around the club that Ryan Matterson has broken some ribs and has played his last game for us. Anyone else have any news.

Unfortunately one of the 3 ribs he broke has punctured one of his ovaries. It happened in a dispute with a homeless person over empty bottles they were collecting.

Whether Matterson is out for the season or not, we are sure having a tough year with injuires. To this list we can add:
Guymer - Ankle - Season
Richard Penisni - ACL - Season
Arthur Miller -Stephen - Knee - Season
It's a shame, guy had all the potential in the world but I don't know what was holding him back.
If James Hooper said it then I suggest it could be true. The club media team should scramble and spend the entire night preparing a response. Otherwise they will look incompetent.

If its true we owe the coach an apology for why he nover played in the last 10 minutes or whatever stage he was injured from.
It happened in the first half
Well lets hope that Matto has a bit of "Mark Twain" in him and delivers a reply along those lines i.e. "rumours of my death have been greatly exaggerated"
The work he is currently doing in the middle is such that we have no other player capable of his defense. Also his post contavt metres are also very effective because he normally draws 2 to 3 defenders.
Will be great news won't have to watch the imposter play again in the eels jersey
