"Coryn, do you think Da Silva may have a higher ceiling than Smith? I agree Ryley is lapping him at the moment but I suspect for whatever reason Talyn hasn't got out of 2nd gear."
"Agree, I'm #1 of the Ryley Smith fanboy club."
"Niamh is a lovely name"
"He was fine, he did what he needed to but he has more holes in his game than Smith. Smith does the basics right."

he's there best prop and arguably their best forward (personally a weak argument with JT in their side). If Brown was out for most of next season but had proved himself fit for the finals would you play him? I certainly would.
Not a good idea for a player that has no game fitness.
2 reasons:
- game fitness. He’ll be gassed after a few minutes
- timing. He hasn’t tackled anyone for 6 months. His timing will be all over the place.
I’d have faith in the guys that have done the job thus far.
I was thinking the same thing.
Thurston must be tempted to pull on the jersey this week. I'm sure if he told Green he was willing to risk it, Green would select him. Tiare Martin on the bench instead of Hampton.
Current squad got them where they are without him. Reward them for their efforts. Seems a little similar to bringing back Terepo and Kaysa over Gower and Vave and we know how that worked out.
No...
id be filthy if i played the whole year and was dropped in the grand final for matt scott who played less 5 games the whole year
Plus, it would disrupt the team harmony... we've seen this time and time again where a player comes back from a serious injury and has an awful first game back as it takes about 4-5 games before they really start getting used to the intensity of play again.... Boyd Cordner in origin 3, Norman against the cowboys are a prime example of this.
Can't see Scott playing personally as don't think he that selfish.
He is the best prop in the game. I know he is not match fit, but he would cause some mayhem while he on. I would drop Jensen and put Scott on the bench. I would use him him key moments and and not overdo it. Jensen does not contribute much anyway. Its a no-brainer.
Martin to bench for cover and they only need to share around Hamptons 15mins.
As I said it must be tempting.
