It does not change the result, but does anyone think there should be a fine or even going out there a suspension for this? it wont do anything for Canberra but Lodge is dumb enough to admit it he should be punished in some way. I understand it happens a bit in the NRL, but actually admitted it is stupid. It shouldn't happen, period.

No actual quotes from lodge in the article. But if there was he should be fined for sure. The game is ours, the fans, not the players or even the clubs. We, the fans, hate when they "take a dive". So that's all that matters.

He was hit in the head. All he did was stay down, it was the bunker who put it on report. Blame them.
And the sky is blue. Every single player has played up potential penalty worthy tackles since this crackdown began. And there ain't a damn thing the refs can do about it because refs have to treat every injury as if it's real just in case it is.
