Parramatta Eels prop Suaia Matagi will leave the Club at the end of the 2018 season when his current contract expires, to join English Super Rugby with Huddersfield Giants.

Matagi signed with the Eels in 2017 and has played over 100 NRL games, making his debut in 2013 for the New Zealand Warriors, followed by stints at Sydney Roosters and Penrith Panthers.

Formerly a New Zealand International player, Matagi represented Samoa in the 2017 World Cup, and played for the NSW Residents in their clash against Queensland Residents earlier this year.
