Master struck by BA!!

We gotta congratulate BA for having the wisdom and courage to name Frenchy on the wing. It proved to be a master stroke he scored a try from limited touches, defuse numerous bombing raids and saved a try at the end of the game. Boys showed great courage and character to hang on in what was a difficult game. One of the gutsiest and toughest wins I ever witness by the eels. Stick together fellas and continue show pride in that jersey.

    gutsy win yes!!! but tried to to throw it away with silly mistakes at the end of it.

    Just ribbing mate, enjoy the win and it was a master stroke by BA to bring Bevan in, the team needed some fresh blood as we have been hemorrhaging this last few weeks.

    My guts nearly went up to my mouth but full credit to the boys gutsy win. I thought when Ross went over I thought not again but credit to the defence. Hope they can string a few wins together after the bye.

    Newcastle were bloody good ,they threw everything at the boys ,we had nothing left on bench but thats normal now because everyone puts thier body on the line , that was a great win !!

      Agree Roger they found steely to win that one ...we were playing without a bench and walking wounded...freaked out when Tariq went high on Tep. Don't think we had anyone available at that point either.

      Think Newc came out looking like they could smell blood in the water and I was thinking how come they haven't caused a few more upsets.
      Bet it kick starts their season.

    I think we will all end up having a stroke if we have to watch our team play like they did at the end of that game.
