Martin Tapau

Michael Ennis on the big league wrap said that dally cheery Evans is currently taking up 16.8% of manly salary, equivalent to 1.3 million. He also said that the likes of Martin Tapau mad be forced out.Is this the signing we have been looking for to really give our forward pack that missing punch?. Tapau and Paulo with mannah and Alvaro coming on from the bench sound good to me

  • Big yes from me.

  • Hell yeah please let it happen!
  • I hope so plus 1 more forward and two backs 1 centre n winger

Tapau is 28 and is probably at his peak. 190cm and 112 kg

Taniela Paseka is 20 years old 197cm and 120kg

Tapau would be great at the right price. But I would prefer to go for Paseka. He is a body type we don’t have and is a longer term solution.

    • Paseka looks great but he doesnt have the aggression that Tapau does. Tapau is also the strongest at the club by far

    • Is Paseka available? I doubt he would be on much money, so he is not likely to fix any cap issues.

    • Yeah like the looks of this guy - worth a stab at $300k.

      Need this size of forward.

  • Those Props you suggested are perfect.

I’ve always said if Mannah was the second prop off our bench we’d be in great shape.

Tapau and Paulo with Alvaro and Mannah off the bench??? Absolutely!!!

    • Sorry but you lost me after ...with Alvaro...
