Looking like an MCL injury. Impact from outside the knee causing it to collapse inwards.
Hopefully grade 1 which is just a few weeks out. Otherwise a grade 2 will be up to 6 or so weeks.
My guess is he will have an MRI scan first thing on Monday when the radiologists work. Hopefully the club will release info then.

Bent rear axle and slight damage to the differential gear. Tray on the back is all good though.
