Sounds like Tim is being slated to take over from BA.... :)
Longfin Eel : What did Tim learn coaching wise from BA? Tim will be a BA doppelganger !!!
Then why did HE ring the tigers coach to see if they had room for HIM.get used to Wenty Timmy what a circus this has been
One way of getting back into first grade. I agree, hopefully he will work on his game & return to the bench for his last year. He not as bad as what we could of ended up with.
The whole thing was a publicity stunt from beginning to the end like.
If Evans is getting a start in FG over you, then you know the writing is on the wall.
I actually thought he was playing OK this season.
Yes total insult esp to be bundled up with the caliber of the lazy drop worthy ones that were. Mannah absolutely did not deserve to be dropped when he was for a player like Evans, who barely raised a sweat for us in a year!
that didn’t make sense.
I think it had more to do with the fact that Timmy wasn't going to be here next year and BA is trying to balance the needs of the present and the likely needs of the future.
On top of that, Timmy was one of the few players BA had never dropped before. I wouldn't say he was a protected species, but even last year when he looked done BA kept faith with him.
As for Kane Evans, he is here next year, and he's taking up a decent chunk of our cap, certainly more than Timmy, so it makes sense to try to get some value out of him, and to be fair he has started to do just that.
I suspect we may yet see Timmy back in the 17 at some point this season.
shit this is like winning a GF then having it taken off you for cheating the cap.
Theres just no good news to come out of this club, hes like a Lebanese boomerang, the kent just wont fuck off.
Watch for the club to overcompensate now and give him a job for life.
