Mannah

Tim has his haters and this guy may not be blessed with natural talent, but he does give his all for our club and even if I may be in the minority I want to give him some deserved praise.......He gives his all and he bleeds blue and gold.....Kudos Tim.

  • Exactly. I must be missing something cause every week he makes over 100m and puts in when we're defending. His carries are good and get a decent play the ball.
  • God bless.

  • I enjoy ragging on Timmy for his goody two shoes, school prefect character,BUT I have never picked on him for his playing or determination. He goes hard to the best of his ability every week, even when others seem to give up.Any talk of stripping Timmy of the captaincy is unwarranted and completely unfair.

  • He was one of our best last night.
  • You can't fault Timmy, I don't think I've ever seen him driven backwards or put on his back in a tackle. He always gets a quick play the ball and gets through a lot of hardwork in defence.

  • Timmy stats say it all. To say one forward was better than another last night is ridiculous. They all complemented each other.
    • Well said PK. They did all complement each other just like good packs do.

Timmy's stats always say it all PK and his big heart says the rest..prefer it that way than saying it in the papers

  • I think that most of his detractors complain about his lack of leadership skills. His numbers are great every week and lack of effort has never been a problem for him. Been serving the eels well for a long time now has timmy.
  • I still maintain that if the eels had been making the semis over the past 5 years Mannah would be in the nsw team. Strong as an ox and underrated
  • Tim's pretty solid all round player. He works hard, rock hard solid man!

"Yeah he is a Winger, but he adds energy and leadership to our squad. Also speed. One thing Brisbane lacked v Penrith was energy, JAC at times creates something from nothing."
