Manly want unlimited interchange for 5 day turnarounds

Peter Peters is quoted in todays paper wanting teams who have a 5 day turnaround to have unlimited interchange in the "backup" game to help avoid fatigued players getting injured

Imagine the chaos if the clubs ran the game. It's like letting kids be in charge of the household.
