I've watched this kid play for Parra both this year and last and I rate him.
He's a big, raw boned kid who is tough and runs hard.
Here is a source for this story:
Manly have landed one of Parramatta’s brightest young stars.
Market Watch can reveal the Sea Eagles have signed 20s gun Sean Keppie on a two-year-deal starting 2019 and while there’s been a lot of uncertainty around Manly’s salary cap, Keppie’s deal has been registered by the NRL.
An Australian Schoolboys representative, Keppie has been a standout in the 20s this season after a successful year in the NYC in 2017 where the Eels made the grand final.
Keppie will see out the remainder of this year with the Eels before joining the Sea Eagles’ top squad next year.

Isn't he a prop as well ...FMD who is in charge of this asylum???
Keppie certainly has the physical attributes to play nrl. Very tall and a strong runner.
Another Eels young gun that was swept under the carpet and again has been signed by Manly is Denzal Tonise.
Tonise was our top holden cup dummy half who managed to keep Mahoney on the bench for most of the season. Denzel had tremendous strength and a top running game an for mine will definitely turn out a star for Manly.
Mahoney is good but is on the smaller side.
Mahoney is younger than Tonise and in my opinion after watching them both last season, I think Mahoney is the more talented of the two. Tonise isn't even playing NSW Cup or Jersey Flegg which indicates he'll likely be in Shield or RM Cup
Don't worry, We'll re-sign Gower !
Who needs Juniors when I have Gower and Vave
lol
Which young player should be given “a go”, and at the expense of which established player ?
