  • Very mediocre game. Manly will struggle all year IMO. Newcastle will improve but not much more than 13 or 12 th. To many very average players
  • I thought Newcastle were the better side on the night and that Manly were favoured with a few dubious penalties. I’m glad the Knights won and I think they’ll be the ‘dark horse’ of this competition. Manly have got some good tough players and I would expect them to improve. It was better than the game between Dragons and Broncos.

  • What a cracker of a game.
    • No pun intended ?
  • Didn't see it but Manly lost, I tipped newie and I'm 3 from 3 in my tips, first time in a first round ever for me. Go Knights!

  • I don't care who wins so long as; Manly loses

    • THIS and Bulldogs.

"Same, Kurupt. Whatever the outcome, Jim, Beach, Ryles and the club stood united and stood their ground when they were meant to roll over for the Storm and PLV, discreetly. Moses SC has also been brilliant."
