I beleive it in round 13. Joe Kelly could offer him something sweet before round 13, They may even try to make BA an offer he can't refuse.

Who leaked the signing, Keiran will not be happy. Sabotage, who would benefit most from Foran ,not signing with us.
Unlike Papalii, I dont Foran is the type of person to backflip.
Also regarding Josh, I wouldnt be surprised if Stuart knew he was heading to the Raiders and assisted with the backflip.

He hasn't signed. Nothings been confirmed. The contract won't be valid till round 13.
So you would think Manly would risk not signing anyone else till round 13 just in case Foran reneges???? Too big a risk if he signs he's as good as ours imo.
Foz wont be backing out, he has too much respect for BA, and id be guessing he is well and truly over the garbage he is dealing with over there, i'll give you my left nut if he backs out after its been confirmed.
