  • Bro, this is an eels website. Who gives a F about what the dogs are doing

      • As much as what Gould has done at the dogs, by stealing players from other clubs to build a championship team, still can't see them winning the competition anytime soon. In my opinion a team of champions will always beat a championship team.

      • They will need luck to make 8 in next 3 years

        • Agree , I don't see anything that tells me they're going to be winning much anytime soon.  Every player they've bought are players that were only successfull because they were in successful teams other than maybe Kikau. I reckon Mahoneys going to be massively found out this season.  Even JAC is only a fucking winger , unless somethings happening inside him he's fucking useless.  Burton can kick a ball, that will only get you so far.

I honestly don't know what all the hype is about that team when even their coach is nothing more than a water boy at this stage until he proves himself.

Who knows , he might be a great coach in the making , but at this stage he is so much of a rookie it's unbelievable.  Literally done zero.

Im very very comfortable with predicting them in the bottom 8 .

          • Wizards Sleeve it would be interesting Wiz to compare the first yr of BA's team and first year of  Ciraldo. Let's see how it all pans out

            • This was Arthur's 2014 list of players used ...Some starting out and some over the hill plus a few good uns. There are some much maligned players listed in this lot. Probably did well to get 10th.

ALLGOOD, Mitchell DE GOIS, Isaac EDWARDS, Kenny FARAIMO, Bureta GOWER, David HAYNE, Jarryd HOPOATE, William HUNT, Justin KELLY, Luke LASALO, Taniela LUSSICK, Darcy MANNAH, Tim MA'U, Manu MOEROA, Tepai MOIMOI, Fuifui MORGAN, Ryan MOSSOP, Lee NORMAN, Corey PAULI, Pauli PAULO, Joseph PAULO, Junior PEATS, Nathan PRITCHARD, Kaysa RADRADRA, Semi SANDOW, Chris SIO, Ken SMITH, Ben TANGINOA, Kelepi TEREPO, Peni TONGA, Willie TOUTAI, Vai

I reckon Ciraldo has a better squad this year.

          • Gus who punted Cleary and then had to grovel to get him back ? That Gus ? The Gus who paid RCG 700k a year to play for us ? That Gus lol.  Or do you mean the Gus that The Panthers had to punt before they could win a GF ?

            • I can tell you Gus was so on the nose at the panthers when he left it's not funny. They were sick and tired of all the random Gus knows best decisions he was making that were just crazy. No doubt Gus has some useful connections and can help get things done but to solely attribute the panthers current success to him is off the mark. They had to sidestep Gus on several key things to be where they are now.

the latest decision to sign an 18 year old kid on a massive 500k transfer fee sounds like another random crazy Gus knows best call

              • He's not as good as everyone says. I haven't seen or heard him analyse a game for years. Cronk is 500 times more insightful.

    • Well, well what side of bed did you get out of this morning bro?
