M.Jennings appreciation

This is a guy who still digs in.Yes he has lost pace and doesn’t score the kind of try’s he used to.Whilst most around him are gettin pushed backwards or tryin to milk penalties etc, He takes some tough runs from dummy half.Jennings still shows passion. For a guy who reportably hated parra, he is showing more for the blue & yellow then most. Thanks MJ

  • Certainly not what he use to be but would be one of our first players picked, effort is never an issue with him. Think he can still have an impact on games if our forward pack steps up and the halves can get him early ball.

One of the only players who can hold their head high so far this season

  • Although he did bomb a certain try yesterday against the Panthers. Instead of looking for glory he could have passed or kicked the ball inside and it would have been try time. He’s been known to do that at times but yes! He’s been one of the Eels better players this year!

    • I thought the same thing till I looked at the replay and he actually made the right split second call as the defence moved to cover the winger.
  • I love MJ and I think he loves Parra now too.

Cant believe some are calling for us to move him on to free cap space - there are at least 12 others I would consider before him.

  • One of our best week in week out . One of the better signings our clubs made in modern times .

  • Jennings has been one of our best, still a great centre, defensively very strong and worth every cent.A super player.
  • Been our best.
  • Agree. Love him. Whacks hard in defence and always competing. I hope he takes his two year option and stays.
