Lussick set to reject Eels big offer to stay loyal

Expected to stay at Brookvale
There has been heavy speculation that the Parramatta Eels have missed another recruitment target in Manly Sea Eagles prop Darcy Lussick.
The Eels have made a three-year offer worth $750,000 to Lussick, who has been waiting for Manly teammates Kieran Foran and Tony Williams to decide their futures. Williams’ defection to the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs has enabled the Sea Eagles to this week make a more handsome two-year offer – albeit still less than Parramatta’s.
Insiders at Brookvale were last night adamant that Lussick had agreed to stay for less out of loyalty to his teammates.

How has Parramatta become so bad in the last few years that we cannot attract anyone to the club... Even when South Sydney were in the dulldrums they turned around their club and signed superstar after superstar... I cant believe Kearney is this bad and how our staff are not performing... Its time to clean out the board aswell as Kearney... Bring in a new Coach a new CEO and elect a new board... I think Nathan Cayless and Nathan Hindmarsh should be on the board as two of the members...
this scenario seems awfully familiar.....mind you, i'm not overly sold on Lussick at the moment, anyway??
Good on lussick if he wants to stay at manly. For every lussick there is a junior with us or with another team who is just as good or maybe better, just waiting for an opportunity.
Maloney was nothing until given that opportunity, so was DCE. Or how about matty Ryan ?
If lussick heart is really with manly, we should encourage him to stay with them and move on.
If lussick was the greatest player he would have been heavily chased by other clubs and a priority at manly. Just let it go, sometimes it really does work out for the best.
The thing is with Poore, Shackelton, Hindmarsh going and Lasalo etc we havnt got any depth in our pack and the average age off our under 20's team is only 17.... They are not ready yet... We dont have enough Props or even second rowers... If anyone has an injury next year our depth is at crisis point if we dont sign a few players... Staying loyal is all good and done but when your team is at the bottom of the ladder just like every other team they sign new players !! We need to sign some players
where is the proof on this PF?????
The Ken says so, LMFAO haha. We will see soon enough
Even Phil is saying so as well as Ken! Hahah
Peni Terepo, Rory Brien, Pat O'Hanlon, Matthew Eisenuth, Taulima Tautai.
2 of which can play at prop & second-row, four of which can play second-row and lock, and two that can play in the front-row, the second-row, and at lock.
We have the kids coming through, don't worry.
