  He was a handy player, had an aversion to tackling but then again how many halves can actually tackle these days?

  He's probably happy to live off his dad Mike's fortune. I was a big fan of the Mike Walsh Midday Show back in the day.

  Ah, no !! Has good attacking skills but is defensively poor due to his size.

  The guy has fixed his defensive issues, only misses about 8 tackles a game now, not 20

  Let me preface this by saying, no, Luke Walsh is insanely average. 

  However, in the interests of the blog, here are his stats in SL this season:
  
  

  2 tries, 22 try assists, 193 tackles, 43 missed tackles, 13 tackle breaks, 495 run metres, 4.02m average per run, 6 line-breaks, 4 field goals, 11 errors, 2 40/20's, 60 goals, 9 errors, 9 penalties conceded & 2 sin-bins. 

  Looks decent but we can do better when it comes to finding a half.
