  Haha.... twas a great kick he did look like he knew what he was doing. My heart skipped a few beats until the commentators mentioned him at training

  normally if a players takes a kick in the last game of the season they are leaving the club am i looking to far into this ? can anyone confirm or deny it?

    So much for being "Optimistic"

    Bevan French got moved to FB just a couple of weeks ago and in that was a definite message from Brad Arthur about his intentions for 2017.

    Now Brad has also confirmed Gutho to 6 as well.

    I read it as a sign of things to come to the fans from Brad Arthur.

    Also the commentators mentioned how Semi has been kicking goals at training for a while.

    We have been asking who our kicker will be *NEXT YEAR*sigh - and when one possibility is revealed we go into melt down about THAT player leaving

    FFS - be optimistic will you, and get rid of the 2010 - 2014 loser's limp.

  semi is a great players but i wouldn't be opening the cheque book to keep him happy there is plenty of quality wingers we could get for his money or less and if he is chasing money we could never offer him what overseas can

  Sorry to disagree but i tend to think that we can offer him around 500 to 600k and that he deserves it even if he is chasing it, because there are no wingers as good as him in my opinion.

    Agreed, I think we could even afford to give him 700k to keep him happy, we have money to work with this year to front load contracts and he deserves some reward for the last few years of being under paid. Best winger in the competition by a long shot and the work he does out of our own end can't be matched.
