    Eels are announcing signing of some guy from the Lithgow Shamrocks in Group 10 - think his name is Noah Name. On the same day Roosters announce they have signed signed Jared Hayne, DCE to replace Pearce, plus the entire Eels forward pack - yet they are still under the cap.
