Des will see out the year
but if the Dogs don't win at least 3 of there final 4 games he won't be there by February 2018
The Dogs have their board elections in February if Des can't get the team to show something between now and then to suggest they are improving the board will sack Des in a bid to save their own postions
Foz called his mate Eddie to put 100k on the Dogs to miss the 8 next year
