Every winger in the comp does that when their centre goes in. They have to follow. If he stayed on his man Best scores untouched.
Wingers score the most tries every year for a reason. That's where the space is.
They only need to jam when they're outnumbered. Bird had best well and truly covered. It was a terrible read from Lomax
Watch the replay, they all jam in after Hunt moves in before moving out to his man too late. That try was on hunt yet he blamed everyone outside him.
