Apparently, he's knocked back the Penrith offer. Surely we chase him hard he's exactly the kind of player we need. He' s a great defender, origin forward and he plays on the right. Seems like the perfect fit.

Article says he wants 750k per season. If we had that for a backrower we would have kept Ice or Niukore. Out of our price range
Great player. Has the right amount of mongrel and a gun in defense. But that's overpaying for this position. Ice is better, and I think that money is better spent on the spine.

Do you really want to pay overs for a player that's missed 5 tackles, 20 post contact metres max 39 average running metres - these are the stats v the eels last week, what makes our recruitment more puzzling is imo Papali would have stayed for approx $500k to $550 if we had acted sooner
