Dear OnThaEelsThis has been a challenging season for our team and our club, on and off the field.It’s also been one where I have been proud, each week, of the commitment that our football team has shown, their resilience and focus.The opportunity was there more than once to find excuses, and instead this group continued to turn up for each other, week in and week out.There is no group of men I would rather be coaching.This season more than 23,000 Members joined the Eels, a record in the club’s history. The support that you give us at games is a huge boost to your team when the boys run out onto the field, and the support you’ve given us this year in difficult circumstances has been incredible.As we look ahead to 2017 and prepare for another gruelling pre-season, our goal is to play with pride and passion in the jersey every week.We want to be a team that plays for the full 80 minutes. A team that, when you watch a game, you know exactly what sort of effort you’ll get from your team.Thank you for backing us, I hope you will be there to support us again in 2017.Brad ArthurParramatta Eels Head Coach

    We are behind you coach, looking forward seeing the team focused & ready to take on 2017 with no off field matters! I'm hoping Semi 100% commited, he a worry. Our front office starting to take shape, our recruitment has been A1, you seem to know where the team heading, which position need to be strengthen & which ones are ok. Over to you!!!

      Club trying to cover up the news with the release and attributing it to Brad. 

      I was down in the cells yesterday at Parramatta local for an urgent bail hearing and spotted Brad. He was looking gaunt and malnourished.

      Not looking good for 2017 despite what the club is saying to cover this all up.

      I reckon the arrest is a ploy to get the media on a false trail. For mine the torn trackie dacks were the key. Only a true Parra supporter could see that subtle hint.

    We have heard it all before, This is a new beginning for our club. This time it's true. The dysfunctional board is GONE, We have a coach that not only do the players want to play for him but the fans absolutely love him. It also helps that he is an awesome rugby league coach & had the balls to answer the media's questions when Sharp & Co would go missing in action. I have been an Eels supporter since 1973 & it has been a long time since I have been this exited about next season.

    Let's not just break Parra's membership number's next season, We need to smash the NRL for membership numbers.

    Now that the crap is over I would love to see the Eels become the power club of the NRL.

    There is power in numbers, so lets all sign up & make our club so powerful that the NRL fear us.

    Brad & the Team have made us all very proud this season so let's make sure we do the same for them next season.

    Tell your friends sign up your family, Get everyone you can on board for season 2017.
