I know members on this site would rather drink cyanide than read the Sydney Morning Herald Herald Newspaper--they can`t understand the big words ! That is a shame because there is better league news on there than on the opposition products. There is good piece on the Warrington Brisbane game. The Warrington half back said that tactical information from players who had served under Bennett had been invaluable. There is certain systems that completely conflict with things he does--like charging the ball down. They don't wedge up in defence on the edges so we ... the try RyanAtkins got, we planned that all week. They are not massive either, on the edges we were playing on. they had Hunt and Roberts together. We had some big boys out there and we said if we get some one on ones we might be able to expose them. Brown was keeping most of his cards close to his chest. Si it might be worth while for some of our coaching staff to studt the replay and maybe pick up something interesting. When you think of it the charge down has not been used to any great extent in the NRL over the years. Perhaps it is time the figure out the best way to utilise the large down as a tactic--how many men should be involved? Who does it, the fast men or anyone on hand/? How often should it be used? It worked against the Bronks . May be could be used against the Storme and .the Dogs e.g..

Alister Shaw: I have said many times on here that I can`t tell the future. In fact I have said that I am the only person on the planet who can`t tell the future, as everyone on here thinks they can tell the future--including you, it seems. Either way, you have missed the whole point of my blog which is par for the course on this site.
