    Lavaka and Davis would have been second tier players anyway. I don't see the point in releasing Lavaka in that case, since he was under contract. He might've been told he is sixth or seventh choice winger for the NRL team and sought a better opportunity somewhere else.

    The fact we've poached Schulte from elsewhere means he could be top 25 (or he might've come here because there is a genuine first grade opportunity for him). Farrell (if we've signed him) would be top 25 for sure.
