We will win this week and i tipped us v the knights.
Having said that i had us in about 12th position this year, we were never going to make the 8.
We wont get the spoon imo but we wont be far off.
We will be a hell of a lot better team next year.
There has to be big changes and decisions made. Those in charge must look closely at our current product and make power moves, NOW! I'm starting to hope we get a new board. I really am. I'm not a fan of disruption unless not making changes disrupts our end goal, but like all the businesses that my father took over, ruthlessly getting rid of poisonous, or even stagnate employees, and replacing them with highly qualified businessmen, is an immediate must. It's so important that those running this club are also successful away from the footy side of things as well. This is why our chairman worries me. By all means, former players should be celebrated, and even have a position on the board in many cases, but as Chairman? It's a very bad look from where I sit.
Time for bed, I've got a plane to catch for a huge all day meeting in Melbourne in the am.

You're right. What we need most right now is the continued instability that has grounded us for the last 10 years. Another new chairman. Another new board. Another new coach. Airing dirty laundry in public. Surely they're part of your successful business model.
