  You know withholding the NRL grant of $7m is a better and more effective sanction then destroying players and fans season

  We will get -4 the points that where suspended subject to oringinal breach then in a Greenturd brainfart he gives +8 for all the negitve press and hard times which is given in good faith. So Parr go to 16 points on the ladder.

  -12 points, will be told to be under the cap by $500 k this season, means we will need to shed players mid season. Paulo,Morgan,Tanginoa,Mau Mau, Nelson will be released to clubs who have been circling.
